About
GW wants to help save human civilization from destroying itself by delivering a lifestyle designed to meet your true human potential, allowing everyone to heel from the modern conditions and diseases currently plaguing our society, and teaching our kids the correct path towards human wellness.
We have formulated the methods to reverse the damage created by the poisoned matrix using our 3 tiered approach which includes nutrition, performance exercise, and biohacking. GW emphasizes the real facts about wellness and nutrition, not the propaganda that ensures corporate profits, subsidizes industrial complexes, manipulates you into believe false information about your health and wellness, and makes you sick.
Corporate influence on health is a complex web where profit-driven decisions by businesses, particularly in industries like food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, shape public health outcomes—often at the expense of individual well-being. Here’s a breakdown of how this plays out in regards to the GW training platform:
1. Food Industry: Profit Over Nutrition
Processed Foods and Additives: Big Food corporations engineer products to be hyper-palatable (think high sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats) to drive sales, not health. These foods are cheap to produce, have long shelf lives, and keep consumers coming back for more, but they contribute to obesity, diabetes, and inflammation.
Marketing Tactics: Companies target vulnerable groups, like children, with ads for sugary cereals, sodas, and snacks, normalizing poor dietary habits early on. They also use misleading health claims (“low-fat,” “natural”) to obscure the truth about processed junk.
Lobbying Against Regulation: The food industry spends billions lobbying governments to weaken nutritional guidelines, block sugar taxes, or prevent clear warning labels. For example, the sugar industry famously downplayed its role in heart disease for decades by funding biased studies.
2. Pharmaceutical Industry: Treating Symptoms, Not Causes
Overmedication Culture: Big Pharma often pushes drugs as quick fixes rather than addressing root causes like poor diet or stress. Statins, antidepressants, and painkillers are prescribed en masse, sometimes with minimal regard for long-term side effects or alternative solutions.
Direct-to-Consumer Advertising: In places like the U.S., pharma companies market drugs directly to consumers, creating demand for medications that may not be necessary. This can lead to over-diagnosis and over-prescription.
Influence on Medical Research: Corporations fund studies that often favor their products, suppressing negative results or pushing for faster drug approvals. This can skew treatment protocols away from holistic or preventative care.
3. Chemical and Environmental Impact: Hidden Toxins
Pesticides and Pollutants: Agribusiness giants like Monsanto (now Bayer) promote chemical-heavy farming practices to boost yields, leaving pesticide residues on food that disrupt hormones and contribute to chronic diseases. Plastics manufacturers churn out endocrine-disrupting compounds like BPA, found in everything from receipts to water bottles.
Regulatory Capture: These industries lobby to weaken environmental regulations, ensuring their products stay on the market despite health risks. For instance, PFAS (forever chemicals) are still in use despite links to cancer and immune dysfunction because of corporate pushback against bans.
4. Fitness and Wellness: Commodifying Health
Sedentary Products: Tech and entertainment companies profit by keeping people glued to screens—think streaming services, gaming, and social media—which discourages movement and fosters sedentary lifestyles.
Fad Diets and Gimmicks: Corporations in the wellness space often peddle quick fixes—detox teas, miracle supplements—that don’t work long-term but generate big revenue. These distract from sustainable practices like primal movement or whole foods.
Corporate Wellness Programs: While some companies offer wellness initiatives, they’re often superficial (like free gym memberships) and fail to address deeper issues like burnout or toxic workplace cultures, which are also profit-driven.
5. Government Collusion: Enabling Corporate Interests
Subsidies and Policies: Governments often subsidize unhealthy industries—like corn (used in high-fructose corn syrup) or factory farming—making junk food cheaper than fresh produce. Meanwhile, organic farmers or small-scale health initiatives get little support.
Revolving Door: Many regulators and policymakers come from the industries they oversee, leading to lenient standards. For example, former executives from Big Food or Big Pharma often end up in agencies like the FDA or USDA, where they influence health policy.
Weak Enforcement: Even when regulations exist, enforcement can be lax due to corporate pressure. Companies may receive fines for violations (like contaminating water supplies), but these are often a slap on the wrist compared to their profits.
The Ripple Effect on Public Health
This corporate influence creates a vicious cycle: unhealthy products flood the market, people get sicker, and industries profit further by selling “solutions” (drugs, diets, gadgets) that don’t address root causes. —a system designed to keep people dependent, unwell, and disconnected from natural health practices like clean eating or ancestral movement.
The damaging effects of the Matrix are right in front of you. You are being brainwashed and controlled everyday by media, advertisers, and handled by powerful companies and elites to deliver profits for themselves at the expense of your well being.
It is ridiculous to think we want pass this lifestyle on to our kids, and scary to think so many of us walk around not willing to take a stand and put a stop to the destruction of mankind.
We need to rediscover ourselves and show the children a new world, reversing the damage that has been done. Our doctors have been radacalized, obviously our teachers, our media, etc… So no matter where your information comes from, it is a lie that is unfortunately becoming the truth to many people.
The future of civilization depends on this Matrix realization …. Don’t settle.
Gargiulo Wellness is here to eliminate the reliance on the American matrix and to create meaningful longevity .
Story
Kristi and Jeff Gargiulo Jr. began their journey together immersed in the fast-paced world of New York City, unaware of how deeply the modern food and medical industries were shaping their health and well-being. Like many, they consumed highly processed foods, relied on conventional healthcare for both physical and mental health, and unknowingly contributed to a system that prioritized corporate profit over true wellness.
Over time, they realized they weren’t thriving. Despite enjoying the best restaurants and pursuing financial success, they felt unwell—both physically and mentally. A turning point came when they began researching nutrition and discovered that much of what they had been taught about health was misleading. They learned that dietary fat, particularly natural saturated fats, was not the enemy; that red meat is an essential source of nutrition; and that processed sugar and grains contribute to chronic health issues. They came to understand that the conventional food pyramid was fundamentally flawed and that mainstream medicine often treats symptoms rather than addressing root causes.
Guided by founding biohackers such as Dave Asprey and Tim Ferriss, Kristi and Jeff adopted a nutrient-dense, high-fat, high-protein diet while eliminating grains and processed foods. The transformation was immediate and undeniable. However, they soon recognized that diet alone wasn’t enough—they were still exposed to hidden toxins that compromised their health. That’s when they turned their attention to another major culprit: seed oils.
Seed oils, found in nearly all processed foods and restaurant meals, along with glyphosate—commonly sprayed on grains, produce, and even organic crops—became their next battle. They transitioned to an animal-based diet, prioritizing high-quality meats, cheeses, eggs, raw milk, honey, and fruit. This way of eating, rich in essential micronutrients and free from harmful additives, provided them with newfound energy, mental clarity, and vitality.
Their journey extended beyond food. They realized that toxins were everywhere—not just in what they ate but in their water, household products, and everyday environment. Recognizing the importance of clean water, they invested in a home with a well, eliminating exposure to contaminants found in municipal supplies. They replaced conventional soaps, detergents, deodorants, and even toothpaste with non-toxic alternatives. They also addressed hidden dangers in plastics, artificial lighting, and other environmental pollutants that quietly undermine health.
With a strong nutritional foundation in place, Kristi and Jeff turned their focus to movement and fitness. Kristi embraced Peloton workouts, tennis, and paddleboarding, while Jeff incorporated sprints, long-distance running, and basketball. Understanding the profound benefits of cardiovascular exercise, they prioritized activities that enhance longevity and overall well-being. Strength training became another key pillar, approached in a way that balanced flexibility and minimized inflammation.
Their commitment to health extended to their family. Recognizing the challenges of raising children in a world filled with unhealthy food options—especially in school cafeterias—Kristi took the lead in creating nourishing, delicious meals that aligned with their wellness philosophy. She mastered the art of making family-friendly, flavorful meals free from harmful ingredients, ensuring that their children could enjoy wholesome food without compromise.
As a result, everything in their lives has improved. Their health has never been better, their energy levels are higher, and their relationship is stronger than ever. By stepping outside the conventional system and prioritizing true wellness, they have not only transformed their own lives but also created a foundation for lifelong happiness and fulfillment.
Now, Kristi and Jeff are dedicated to helping others break free from the cycle of processed foods, environmental toxins, and conventional health misconceptions. In a fast-paced, convenience-driven world, they are proving that true wellness is achievable through intentional choices, thoughtful nutrition, and a commitment to lifelong vitality.
